Remembering You This Christmas!

Dear friends,

I want to wish you a Merry Christmas! I have you in my prayers on this joyful day. I pray that, this day is filled with all the Blessings God gives to the World, as we remember the day He sent us His Only Son, Our Lord to be born unto us, a day finally Jesus entered in this world in body, with a mission to save you, to love you, to teach you how to live this life no matter what it will cost Him, even unto death!

I wish to believe that we are all happy today, but I can’t forget YOU, YOU maybe who needs this message more than anyone, if for any reason YOU are not totally happy today, as you expected, maybe you are not with your loved ones, maybe you didn’t get a gift, or the one you like, or none at all, or you feel lonely or sick or maybe you don’t feel loved enough where you are, or you lost a loved one etc… Whatever it is, remember that, Jesus’ birth was not surrounded with roses, Our Lady and Joseph couldn’t even find a place to deliver the baby, and Yet He is the King of Heaven and Earth! His mission was fulfilled, and so yours will be, the reason you are born for, lean on Him, love Him and others for His sake not for their merits as He taught us and don’t let your heart be troubled if you believe in God, your joy will be restored. I love His words in Matt 11:29 "...take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble at heart, and you will find rest for your souls...." Us Christians are blessed, our strength is in our bended knees and in our uplifted hands!

It is said that it is on Christmas that God gives us more mercy than any other day, don’t miss it!

First Visit to the U.S. for the Kibeho Visionary, Valentine

As I have told you before, I am hosting a weekend retreat next month at Walsh University in Ohio on January 15-17th, but you may or may not already know that my special guest is going to be one of the visionaries from Kibeho. This retreat is something that many people have asked for after they have heard me share my genocide story around the country. Many people ask me questions and long for more information about my story, how to forgive and forgive yourself, but also many people have asked me more about the apparitions in Kibeho. This weekend retreat will allow us to delve deeper into the messages Mary had for us, and being able to see and meet Valentine in person is a remarkable opportunity for all of us. Valentine’s story is very interested in so many ways. She is the only one of the seven who is still receiving annual messages every May 15th. She started to have apparitions of Our Lady on May 15, 1982 when she was only 9 years old. Soon after, she started to have an apparition of Jesus that stopped in public, on March 20, 1993. I was there with hundreds of other students from college, and we were among over 20 thousand people. That apparition took place after Valentine fasted for 12 days without eating and drinking. It was a sad day for all of us who saw her saying goodbye to Jesus in tears, begging Our Lord to take her with Him. Happily though, Our Lady still appears to Her; she told her long before that she would be the last to receive messages from Heaven, and she still has an apparition to this day on May 15th of each year. It lasts about 4 hours, and it occurs in her native language, Kinyarwanda, even though she lives now in Belgium.

When she first moved to Belgium, a number of miracles happened during the apparitions right in her own home. Since then the Catholic Church in Belgium has graciously opened their doors for her to have apparitions there. During one apparition, one miracle that happened right in front of the parish priest occurred when Mary told Valentine that “She is never separated from Her Son, Our Lord,” and then Valentine saw Our Lord coming from behind Our Lady, and she screamed tears of joy how she missed Him, and then He told her that “He wanted to show her His true presence in the Eucharist and to prove she is truly having apparitions of His Mother, and that He truly has appeared to Kibeho even though they have not approved His apparitions.” Jesus then descended in the hands of Valentine into a form of Eucharist that was seen by everybody who was there, and it was filmed and photographed. Later the priest of the parish took the Eucharist and kept it for a while before Valentine was called to receive it. It was after this miracle that the doors of the church were opened to her apparitions.

I have to mention here that, although the church approved Our Lady’s apparition in Kibeho, they have not yet approved Our Lord’s apparitions. He also appeared in public to the second visionary, Anathalie Mukampazimpaka who was only approved for receiving Our Lady’s apparitions and not those from Jesus; however, the church has not denied that these apparitions of Our Lord did occur. They have never denied or negated the apparitions of Jesus to Valentine and the other visionaries as false. The conclusion of the Bishop was that the investigations would be continued later because of the turmoil that hit their country, but so far found nothing to say they are not real. We must trust the wisdom of the church and pray that the Holy Spirit will continue to guide them. In the meantime, pray for our own eyes to be opened. I only share messages not yet approved because, like the title of my fourth book “If Only We Had Listened” to Our Lady and Our Lord who warned us to what was going to happen to Rwanda and what to do to avoid it, long before the church could approve those apparitions, the genocide would not have happened, so it is up to you to discern. You will not only hear her speak, but you will get the chance to ask her questions. What a special weekend we have planned for you. I hope to see you all there. A Weekend with Immaculee Set for Canton, Ohio

Many people who have heard me speak about my personal story of forgiveness have requested that I would do something even more that would teach about Our Lady and the apparitions that occurred in Kibeho. This past summer, we hosted two very successful weekend retreats in Boston and New Orleans, and I am happy to announce that I will be at Walsh University in Canton, Ohio the weekend of January 15th - 17th. It brings me so much joy to be able to do this for all those who have been asking for more. Our Lady is so pleased when we take the time to find out what she said, and then truly try to live it. As many of you know, my book, Our Lady of Kibeho is really my true passion, and I love to share her messages with as many people as I can. My latest book, If Only We Had Listened, unveils specific messages that were recorded by church officials and meant for you to hear. If you choose to join me, our weekend will be filled with so much joy and love honoring Our Mother. Not only will we learn what She wanted us to know, but we will also learn details about the true power and miracles of the Rosary, as well as hear from a very special guest. During our weekend together, we'll have plenty time to also pray the rosary and celebrate mass. Also, we will learn to pray in a Rwandan cultural way that Our Lady loved so much--through song and dance. I will join with you and teach you many songs and dances that Mary taught the visionaries, because she loves when Her children come to Her in that way. I am so excited to be able to share all of this with you and cannot wait to see you there. You may find if there is availability left on my website at www.immaculee.com. Hope to see you there!

Pilgrims Join Over 25,000 to Celebrate the Feast Day in Kibeho

This past November 28th was the Feast Day of Our Lady of Kibeho, and this year marked 28 years since she first appeared to the first college student in Kibeho in 1981. This was our 4th time this year bringing people to the Shrine to visit Our Lady, but this day was something extraordinary. I cannot put into words the joy I felt watching everyone experience this moment.
One pilgrim from Wisconsin said, "You can't imagine the happiness everyone felt to be among so many thousands of people who came to honor Our Lady of Kibeho. It was the shortest four-hour mass I'd ever attended." It was such a blessing for me to finally be able to truly share this wonderful experience with those who decided to make the journey to honor the Blessed Virgin Mary on the Feast Day of Our Lady of Kibeho. It was a day none of us will ever forget. Over 25,000 people from all over the region walked from 3 to 7 days to be there in time for the celebration. Our group encountered many pilgrims along our way, and we spent some really memorable moments when we participated in a Holy hike with them. We walked several miles among the traveling pilgrims, joining them in local traditions of loving songs, prayers, and dances which honor God. The people came from all around Rwanda, Uganda, Congo, South Africa, Germany, Ireland, and of course, the United States! It was such a beautiful thing to see everyone united together for the same purpose. We were all in disbelief as Our Mother sprinkled us, "Her little flowers" with a rain shower as she has every year on this very special day after the Eucharist. It was truly amazing to see everyone looking up to the sky and receiving the cleansing rain. Please remember all the pilgrims in your prayers as they spend the next week on their long journey back home, and I hope maybe you will think about joining us in the celebration next year!
