November 28th: Help Us Celebrate the Feast Day of Our Lady of Kibeho

When the Blessed Mother started appearing to three young college girls in a small village of Kibeho in 1981, my life changed forever. My family had a deep devotion to Our Lady always, and this was a beautiful reminder that She loved us. My latest book: “If Only We Had Listened: Heaven Warned Rwanda Long before the Genocide,” was written in honor of Our Lady of Kibeho and is being released on the 20th anniversary of Her last apparition, November 28th. It is my long standing dream to fulfill Our Lady’s wishes and make November 28th the officially recognized Feast Day of Our Lady of Kibeho. The Catholic Church sanctioned this feast day since 2001 when the Vatican, after twelve years of investigation, concluded that the visitations and messages from the Blessed Mother in Kibeho were as genuine as those at Lourdes, Fatima, or Guadalupe. I beg you to encourage your parish to help us celebrate November28th as the Feast of Our Lady of Kibeho as She requested. Please remind people to join in prayer along with 100,000 pilgrims from around the world, who will be celebrating on the shrine, including 25 pilgrims joining me from the USA! The Feast begins on November27th. Thousands walk to the shrine for days, even weeks on foot, to mortify themselves and pray all the way... Miracles and healings happen on that day, not only to those who are present, but also those who are there in their hearts! We will remember them all. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate this beautiful occasion and I would like to ask that you join me in sharing this beautiful prayer to Our Lady of Kibeho that we used to say:

Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of the Word, Mother of all those who believe in Him and who welcome Him into their life, we are here before you to contemplate You. We believe that you are amongst us, like a mother in the midst of her children, even though we do not see You with our bodily eyes.

We bless you, the Sure way that leads us to Jesus the Savior, for, all the favors which You endlessly pour out upon us, especially, that, in your meekness, You were gracious enough to appear miraculously in Kibeho, just when our world needed it most.

Grant us always the light and the strength necessary to accept, with all seriousness, Your call to us to be converted, to repent, and to live according to your Son’s Gospel. Teach us how to pray with sincerity, and to love one another as He loved us, so that, just as You have requested, we may always be beautiful flowers diffusing their pleasant fragrance everywhere and upon everyone.

Holy Mary, Our Lady of Sorrows, teach us to understand the value of the cross in our lives, so that whatever is still lacking to the sufferings of Christ we may fill up in our own bodies for His mystical Body, which is the Church. And, when our pilgrimage on this earth comes to an end, may we live eternally with You in the kingdom of Heaven.

My Latest Book reveals Mary’s Messages for the Whole World

I cannot tell you how happy I am to be able to share with you, the messages Our Lady gave to the visionaries during my childhood. As many of you have read in my book, “Our Lady of Kibeho”, it is so beautiful how much she loved each one of us. Many of you who were touched by that love, were left with a thirst to know more about Her, and many have asked me “What exactly did She say in Kibeho? Where can we find Her messages?”

I have been just as anxious as you are and spent most of this past year researching these messages, translating them from Kinyarwanda to English, from those of the commission of investigation of the apparitions, theologians, and doctors. I am so thrilled and happy to be able to bring messages to you that until now, have been very difficult to find.

One of the main reasons the church approved these apparitions is because the Virgin Mary came to Kibeho with a clear warning twelve years before the genocide ever happened: “My children, it does not have to happen if people would listen and come back to God.” Mary showed them horrifying, prophetic scenes including a river of blood, people brutally killing each other, and abandoned corpses with no one to bury them. The Rwandan people did not listen to Mary’s motherly guidance and were unable to escape the tragic consequences; when the terrifying scenes shown to the visionaries became reality, it was simply too late. However, I remember Our Lady also saying that her message does not only concern Rwanda but the whole world, it is up to us to discern what she meant.

In my new book, 'If Only We Had Listened: Heaven warned Rwanda long before the Genocide," I share with you many of the profound messages that were given by Our Lady in Kibeho to the visionaries. Messages that could have prevented the tragedies in my beautiful homeland, and which, to this day, serve as a warning to all.

I am so happy that you are taking the time to find out what Mary wanted you to know. It is so important that we realize how important it is to listen to what Heaven is telling us. Are we listening? Are we even trying to find out what she said? I hope this book helps you and those you love.

Finding God’s Love through someone who found God’s Love

I thought I would share with you some of those little treasures that I sometimes meet along the way on my journey! It is always beautiful to be among people who welcome me with warm and inviting arms at my speaking engagements. I always feel the comfort of what it is like to be among family members, as I witness the love in everyone's faces. Many people tell me they were inspired by my story, but sometimes maybe it is a chance moment in time that inspires me. Recently, a gentleman who was given the duty to drive me back to my destination touched me so deeply when he began sharing his experience with me in the car. He kept shouting for joy, telling me "I am on fire with the love of God right now and I can't wait to tell my wife; she was right to ask me to come..."

He then shared that one time in his life, many years ago, he was not satisfied with his life and wanted to end it. I asked him what happened to make him feel that way? He told me, "I was not satisfied with anything in my life, my accomplishments...anything. I hated myself; I was full of pride. Things had to go how I wanted them to go, no matter who got hurt along the way, and if they didn't work out, I couldn't handle it." Then I asked him how that all changed, and he said, "I attended a spiritual weekend retreat, and after that, somehow I got to understand that God loves me for who I AM and forgives me for anything in my past, and with that, I got back my life back...” He continued, "I don't have much, but I am a wealthy man for knowing that God loves me this much, and that He died for me too...."

He further told me how he was incapable of loving anyone before that experience, and he said, "After that weekend, I went home and for the first time in nine years of marriage, I fell in love with my wife. I finally understood and was grateful for the gift she was in my life from God!" Wow!

For a while, I have been saying this prayer daily and more than ever, I want to say it with even more zeal. If you wish, please join me in your daily prayers and mean it with all your heart. "Dear Father God, help me to know how you love me, and please increase my love for you so that I love you as you deserve to be loved, Amen".

I am so excited to finally start this wonderful thing they call a Blog! It has been such a long time in coming, and I cannot tell you how much joy I feel knowing that I can finally communicate with you all the wonderful and exciting things that happen to me as I travel around speaking.

There is so much love in the hearts of all of the people I meet, and many amazing little miracle stories often come my way. I am anxious to be able to share these with you because I know how uplifting words of faith and love are so needed by all of us.

We have been working tirelessly to update our website and one of the new features you will see is the link to my new Blog. It pleases me to know that so many of you are coming to my website on a regular basis already. Now, with all of these wonderful ways we can communicate, we will be able to stay in touch so much closer.
